We’re Chris and Grant. We built REVOLV for people over 30 who want to train hard, move well, and stay consistent, even when life is packed.

We know the challenge firsthand. We’re in our 30s and 40s, raising kids, running businesses, and balancing full schedules. We’ve both had to figure out how to stay strong, mobile, and clear-headed while everything else is pulling for time and energy.
